2001 prelude????????
Hey guyss i have a chance to trade a 2001 civic 4dr dx(107k) with few mods for a 2001 prelude straight up. But the prelude has 260k on it, its auto it has leather seats and stuff. The guy says he has all the records for it he claims its been in for regular maintenance. PLus he1ll give me a 3 month warrenty, would it be worth it to me or not??

Straight up? Hell no. Maybe if he gives you around 5k and the car, then yeah. 260k is a HELL of a lot of miles for a 2001, that car's probably been beat to ****.
260k is a f*ck load of miles, are you crazy? That car was dogged. A brand new s2k cost $29k, and after 8 months, I put 17k miles on it. You know how much it was worth? $23k. That Prelude is definently not worth it, and A/T, no way.

" ...so I have a chance to trade my '02 Civic EX 5spd 2DR with over $10k invested (but 60k miles) for a 1985 Yugo... but its got ONLY 5,000 miles on it... and it's a 3spd. He wants to trade cars plus he'll tow it to my house for free. Sound like a good deal to you guys?"
LOL I'm sorry I had to.

sounds like a previous rental, with that many miles and only a 2001, let alone a auto,
