strobe lights

i bought some plug in strobe lights and i was wondering...where can put them? cuz i don't wanna drill holes in my headlights..so where exactly could i put them?

I have police strobes in my car as I use my Civic for undercover work sometimes. I have them in the headlights, back turn signals and reverse lights. I don't know how else to get them in without doing any drilling.
