Cheap gas sucks....knock knock
Had the briliant idea of going to superstore to fill up on premium in the small town i live in. Everytime i hit high boost knock knock. arggggg! i reached half a tank and filled up on husky's 94 octane and it almost disappeared. it still pops up but damn do I hate knowing when i boost the knock is causing damage. if it persists it's dyno time, re-tune.

Rep Power: 300 Chevron and mobil have been rated as the "best American" gas stations for there quality of fuel. there is one in canada that was at the top of the list too but i dont remeber it. i think it was a Mobil owned station but i am not sure.

I don't know if they are nation wide in the U.S. tho, hasn't failed me or my parents at all. I only use the cheap **** tho, but my mom has to use premium for her Altima.

Shell has had several class action law suits against them because they add additives with zero testing (becasue lawsuits are cheaper than R&D) and have cost consumers millions.
I 've almost run out of gas because I would never touch shell gas.....chevron is good, and husky seems quality too....

I've always used grocery store premium when I had nitrous. I had always thought though the NX was tuned to be a little on the rich side for safety hence no pinging problems or whatever.
