i just saw on the new that consumer reports rated the civic ex as the best compact car...again...

that's good news but i don't trust consumer reports. they only give props to companies that give them "donations".

i think consumer report is overrated.... next thing you know in a couple months, you'll see a report about how a certain product, not necessarily the civic, getting unreliability marks from other rating systems

Unreliability, are you serious. Consumer Reports is one of the most reliable organizations there is. They put products through harsh tests to see there strengths and weaknesses.
