Drove a Benz SL55 AMG
Yup, that right. My neighbor is selling it because he upgraded to the SL65 AMG with some Renntech stuff add to it.... people with money. 
Anyway, that car was the nicest car I have ever driven. It was fast of course, but the seat were perfect, pedal placement was perfect everything was soooooo nice on it. Much better than my aunt-in-law (if that's possible?) CLK55 AMG. I never like the CLK55, I could never get comfortable in it and I thought the interior design was pretty bad for a 80k+ car. The SL also had the sweetest sound ever in a car, sounded like a WWII airplane, never ehard anything like it. SO now I want one
I know it's an auto, but that is one of things I loved about the car. You drive it aggresively and it's 98% of the fun of a manual car with simliar abilities, or you can set back and just enjoy the car and not worry about anything. I know most will say the autp sucks, but I liked it, it made the car more versitile and realaxing, even when killing the tires and road.

2. I wouldn't say I hate the guy, he let me drive his 50k+ car
I'm only jealous because he never graduated high school, while I'm finishing up a PhD, and he is my age and has far more than I ever will just because of his family. I really don't consider being born with the right parents something he did right Anyway, I'll have my time, I'm making pretty decent money right now, but not enough to drop 150k+ on a car that I can't even drive that often.

Rep Power: 261 My father has one of those. Very nice car. I think the one you drove was the SLK55 if it was $50000.00. His cost him around $215000.00 after taxes Canadian.

No, it was the SL55 AMG, $50k is just what he is asking for, the orginal price was around 120,000 USD after tax and all that is what he said.
That's a pretty car your dad has, this one was the same color, almost the same car.
