Best tires for street and track use??

Hey everybody, I heard a friend talking about one time drag radials, or something of that nature. Is that actually a real type of tire I can buy that provides good grip for the track and still street-able? My type r buddy has Nitto and says they're decent but what are your opinions on this brand and others?

(Planning to get 16" rims, lightweight, and most likely gunmetal or black since i got a black 4dr and i think it looks good)
