Poor little bugger...

Anyway we can submit this to one of those "rice or not" pages on the web?

there might have been a little overdoing it involved, but rip off a couple of layers of body kit and i think it'd be ok

I'd have to agree. He just overdid it. Take the wing behind the targa top off, smaller rear wing, tighter lined skirts and lip, and drop the 2 tone body color. Then you're left with a very nice car.

way too overdone! take off that rear wing and a couple other things and it would be pretty good looking.

That's just a damn shame. I was driving home the other night from work and I saw a 1988 Dodge Shadow with chrome rims, chrome splash guards, tinted windows......and Japanese lettering on the trunk lid! WTF? This thing has gotten out of hand. It has become the testosterone equivalent of those awful concrete lawn geese dressed up with blue aprons and scarves. Everyone's doing it for reasons you don't understand, to belong to some "in group" that you wouldn't want to be seen with, and it looks like Oh well, it's America. More power to them.

Uh, yeah that del sol looks like crap from the back. From the front it's not as bad except for the whole mismatching hood color. And what's with him and his "JDM engine"?? He called it an SIR B16A. That's the canadian engine, not the JDM engine. And the canadian B16A gets only 160hp. The J-spec B16 is the B16B

if he took off the 2 wings, it might actually look good. I like the front bumper, it looks really good on the Del Sol. I wouldn't call it rice, but I would call it tacky.

"The J-spec B16 is the B16B "

dude, your wrong. b16b is the 185hp motor from the CTR. But they have SiR's in Japan too you know. where do you think Honda canada got the idea? the 170hp thing is also true.

I don't think it looks that bad, besides the color selection and rear wing.....

But did anyone else notice the comment under the title?
"Honda del sol, FAST AND FURIOUS!"
How long do you think it will be before everyone stops doing that.... it's getting old!
