im getting new tires for the spring/summer and i wanna know whats a good size for 15".......im planning to get kuhmo 712

as close to stock as possble.

yokoyama makes a real nice tire that matches the stock size. much more control/grip then firestone

i put 205/60's on mine....they handle great...and the speedo is off by 1mph...the yokos are good if u get the h-rated and they run about 85.00 a tire...i went with road hugers...longer life, u can smoke them all day and nothing happens, and there 55.00 a tire...[ i work at discount tire] the kumos i think are not worth it...they usely last as long as those f*cken firestones

It wil be too small. I'd stick 205/60 for the closest to stock and the most grip (205).

unless you want to look like mr. bubble tire....185 series tires are made for rims that are by 6, 195 series tires are made for rims that are by 6.5, 205 tires are made for rims that are by 7........

If the rims are 15x7, then 205/50 is a good size for lower profile. Alot of auto crossers I know run 225/50's on 15x7's, these are really wide, but are also taller than 205/50's, peace.
