so you wanna swap a b18 into a 01? it is possible but what yr is the engine? only engines from the same yr or newer can be swapped into another car to make it legal. also, its been done befoer but you need to custom fab everything. but for future reference, please search.

first off there is no swap kit for a B series motor into a K series body (DC5, EP3 or our cars for that matter) only retrofitted kits to put the K series into older Hondas. So unless you fell like machining your own engine mounts and then making your own conversion harness wire by wire getting the B to communicate things like its analog odometer to our digital one... then be my guest.... as a matter of fact - Hasport would proably buy the rights from you.

haha, I agree with you almost completely. Personally, I never say Acura Integra Type R, it's just Integra Type R. Acura is not really "Type R" image.... Honda Integra Type R is the way to go!

CLeeNx04CiVic has a little shameless behaviour in the past
^^ theres your answer....IMO its just not worth it to go through all that for just a B series motor....leave that for the previous civic models....go with any of the K swaps....
