Sway Bars
Anyone know the size of the stock sway bars? What should I replace first after springs sway bars or struts?
y car has 7000 miles and I lowered it with H&R sport springs. I was told I did't have to replace the stock srtuts.

Front stabilizer bar (sway bar) diameter: 1.0in or 25.4mm
Rear stabilizer bar (sway bar) diameter: .47in or 12mm
Sway bars are good to replace to get rid of the body lean during cornering. Struts are good to replace to get rid of the recoil from bumps in the road. It depends on what you want. I'de go for struts first since there's a bigger selection than sway bars right now.

Yeah, shocks are supposed to dampen the shock, so it doesn't repeat. You know when your shocks are blown when you press down on the front or rear of the car and it recoils more than once. It sort of bounces. The shocks are supposed to get rid of that. Kinda absorb it.
