so, why do people hide their liscense plates in photos? what are the consequences of not hiding your tags? I mean, a lot of people see my plates everyday... just a curious question

If you **** someone off that lives close to you, and they know what your drive and the license plate number, then they can do whatever the hell they want to your car (Key, egg, dent it, throw feces)

i have wonderd this myself but i guess it makes perfect sense when u think of the theift part. i personally like seeing the plates that way i can judge distance from where i live and where actual cool cars roam the streets (besides mine of course)

well. some people have hookups @ the s.a.a.q (i think its the dmv or something for the states...?) anyways with those hookups, and a plate number. they can find out where you live...and i guess u can figure out the rest

With some ones license plate number you can get all sorts of info...

You can call the police and get their address for one.

Or you could call up the police make up some crazy hit & run story and use their plate #.

I dono better safe then sorry.

if someone near you is on this site, he will find you and steal your **** anyway, i show my plate, i figure if im gunna get my **** stolen, its gunna happen if i hide or plate or not.
