It's a jet engine, not a regular IC car engine. To my knowledge, it doesn't have camshafts or pistons. Jet engines happily rev to 50.000RPM without blinking an eye.

drive_fast_dail has a little shameless behaviour in the past
I figured I should bring up that this engine was a joint venture between GE and Honda. GE doesnt really want to mess around too much with these smaller engines because they arent as profitable as larger commercial airliner engines. So they want to have others take over production of these while they can focus on large engines. Also GE keeps good relations with the Japanese helping them design an engine. Had to say something about it Ive interned at GE aviation.

well i just bought one for my car, do you think that if i get the rsx sub frame it will bolt right up, or will i have to fab up some brackets? also...think the stock clutch will hold?
