got pulled over for my led washers.....
this sucks, ive had these things for about 2 months now and passed about 40 billion cops, now this guy on 29 north decides to get me for "illegal exterior equipment", so if you live in va be warned. to add to the bad night, i got burnt by an 86 cutlass siera, man this i should have just stayed home tonight. any of you guys got tickets for your leds??

from what i understand, led washers are illegal, they cna pull you over for intemidating police, and there should me no other light on your car in the front above your headlights

Rep Power: 0 ya that sucks and what gets me is that i got them from advanced auto parts right here in charlottesville, they are selling those things in this display right in the store. they should say something about them being illegal i think, but then again drug dealers dont tell you that weed is illegal so i guess it is the same thing

I got pulled over for my turn signals and my runnin side markers with blue LED's in them. Now i have to put ugly amber lights in my turn signals which will kill the look of my projectors, and i have to figure out what im going to do about my side markers. He said that i can have white or amber. I'll see if i can get some good lookin white ones. Of course if the cop knew anything about the color spectrum then he would know that my side markers were white, just so white that they came off as being blue. oh well...by the way, does anyone know the price of a fix-it ticket in california now? Ive heard its still like $15, but then i also heard that its now like over $100. Thanks

Screw this, There will come a day when people put the beers down, stop racing for a while, just long enough to stand up to them a**es, just to say we aint taking this anymore, we should be allowed to put whatever the hell we want on our property without interference. P.S. F**K the Police.

Do you know which 11 states the color LED's are legal in?...or where did you get your info, so that I could find that out??
I've had the white one's in for like 5 months, and I haven't been pulled over once for them. ...they are connected to my turn signals though.

if we are allowed to put whatever we want on our cars, we gonna have twisted metal around this country, who won't want to fire at the car front of them with an ak47 when they cut you off?
plus, balme stupid people that got cops started this at the first placem tehya re the ones that imetate cops!

So in Cali, I believe the fix-it's are still $15, but I've heard rumors about them going up to $100... guess it depends on the cop.
