Removing winter tires

Removing winter tires
So the weather has been getting very nice up here!
The snow's gone, and today it hit +20 degrees c!
It's going to be sitting around +10 to +13 degrees for the next week....
I don't plan to do alot of driving, but there will be some.
At what point do you remove your winter tires - I'd hate to wear them down much more than necessary due to the warm weather.
I'd do them now but I'm strapped for time - if i put it off a week or so, how bad is it?
no suggestions?
