alright, my mom usuallt gets a ticket about oncer every 6 months. but 2 weeks ago she got a speeding ticket, and today she really totaled her prelude, and it was all her fault. so shes all woried cause someone told her shed get her license suspended for all of it. so now shes all worked up about it, and wants to know, anybody know?

What state do you live in? It's probably determined by a points system. Get a certain number of points in 12 months and it's suspended.

Ok, assuming that the average ticket carries 2 points, 1 ticket every 6 months gives ya 4 points per year & these points are ONLY deleted when 3 years has passed since you got that particular ticket. So in 3 years you would have 12 points & just as you get the 12th point the first tickets points would come off, so if ANY of her tickets carried MORE than 2 points or she got any tickets on a more frequent basis than every 6 months then YES, she'll have it suspended. Does that make sense to you or do ya need me to try & make it more simple?
