<< Where did you get your door sill plates? >>
I got them off of ebay some time back for like $50, I think the guy had a web side which was www.seidiesales.com, and his ebay user id was seidiedog so you may be able to ask him if he has any more... Later...

the car looks great, but i am not diggin' those home made ports on the box. by the way, i am looking for the same kind of hose for my enginebay, what are they.. and what's the exact color?
Dude, car looks good. Could use a drop though. Did you forget to trim your gauges before you put them in? Because the two little areas above the speedo and tach shouldn't be covered like that by your gauges. I had to trim mine so they wouldn't be like that...

What's wrong with home made ports??? I did the calculations and I have it tuned to 38 hz, it may seem a bit high but it hits like a SOB, I used to have it tuned to 28hz, but I think I like it better this way. You can't even see the ports unless the seats are down, and also I plan on building a new box in the spring so I get some of my trunk space back.
I got the hoses for under my engine bay from www.streetbeatcustoms.com, word to the wise ordering because they are very poor and slow in service. i am lucky I got them at all. The color is just called red, They come in all different sizes, I plan on putting more hoses on when the weather gets nicer.
I plan on dropping my car soon, just makin sure the last signs of winter is gone, and waiting for a complete shock/spring package to come out. What do you mean about the gauges, trimming them??? it didnt seem like there was anywhere to trim them, I like the way they look as they are, unless I am missing what you are saying.

Thanks for all the comments/compliments! Somonauk Is west of aurora, about 45 minutes.
I didn't know I was supposed to trim those parts down on my gauges, I guess it makes sense since my warning lights are very faint now. I guess I have something to today, thanks for the tip!
As for my LCD screen, if you look closely there is a philips screw on the bottom side between the cup holders of the screen holding it in place. I just pushed the screen up until it felt snug then screwed down. I wanted to mount it flush but there was a terrible glare. At the angle I have it, it looks perfect. Its a fahrenheit 7" widescreen, got it off ebay for 320. The picture quality is great and it comes with its own remote. I may try to relocated my head unit, and put the screen where my head unit and secret compartment are now....
The silver things on my doors are called door sill plates, got them off ebay a while back, read the beginning of this message, someone else already asked... And the **** is for seat height, But I don't use it, I wish my seat would go lower but for a short person it might be helpful to raise up a little....
And I know i have to wash/vacuum/detail it.. just making sure winter is gone for good. Its hard to keep a black car clean!!!

I didin't replace my hoses uner the engine, I used the hotwires from streetbeatcustoms that you just slip over the hoses, nothing too special.. i didn't want to go and replace hoses yet... I think it looks good the way it is. All it is is colored wire loom, they kinda ripped me off I think charing like 7-8 bucks per packge, Oh well.... As for my valve cover, lets just say that I tried painting it with red paint and somethign went wront. It looks good at first, I even bought some high temp engine paint and paid extra for a better brand. It like all blistered up and looks like crap so I just took it off for now. I'll probably try stripping it down and start over. Any ideas to why it would have blisters, I know many of you have yours painted too....
P.S. I got my ignition solutions plasma coils on the way so I'll post a review once they get here, hopefully early next week...
