he asked for 10 on the last and was told no and just said 2. i would have said 10 or im walking with my car. but i wouldnt put my car up. i really thing this is stupi too many cocky drivers. but i did love the corvette one and the wholy mamoth one. Even one of the people that lost and then one joined the crew for pinks. the one who wanted to see the vic go fast. i saw him in a few episodes.

Rep Power: 264 I wonder what you get for going on that show? I mean did you see the 5.0 vs 5.0 episode where one guy had his baby that he built up and the other guy bought a junker and put a 175 shot on it. I mean there has got to be more to it than just getting the car.
yeah nate pritchet(dont know why I remember the name) lost his bike to a friend of the nova owner. Then I think they called a draw on him between his 5.0 and a camaro because no one knew who won or who was dq'd so they both gave up b4 they saw the re-play. Now nate is a "pinks consultant"

Rep Power: 363 the civic was a boosted GSR running 25 lbs of boost but he has a boost leave at first , then he blew some oil seal.. and it jsut kept going down hill but it was interesting now only if the fat kid could drive

Rep Power: 0 that guy just seemed stupid, like when they guy from THE OTHER TEAM felt so sorry that he was trying to help him and said "you're granny shifting" and the fat kid said "that's just how I drive". 
It just seems like typical rice. show up with a crappy homemade car and when you get schooled say "oh yeah..**** man my cars leaking oil, and the vacuum hose came off, and I pissed myself, and.....". when the other guy can LOSE 2ND GEAR and stil destroy you with car lengths you need to go home. the transam driver probably junked the civic when he got home.

Rep Power: 239 did the episode with the fullrace pink hatch against the haltech FC go on the air yet ?? i'm waiting for that one even thou i know what happens its still one i dont wanna miss. about the civic and TA it just goes to show you that hp doesn't win races its torque that matters the most. and the TA had plenty of it once i saw him pass the civic that already had 8 lengths on him psh game over man i changed the channel.

it was all staged, reason he did it was because he knew he wouldn't lose the car. the driver of the trans am just kept the bumper though.

My car was seriously detuned for this show i was pulling lots of timing a very small air filter and i had my 2 step at 2300 i usually launch at 4200. I took the car down the track after I won it. That car was no joke the guy just couldn't drive. I barked the tires in every gear that thing shifted well and I'm sure i ran a better time than him my first time in the car
My car has run 9.40s at 146 with a bad launch I have made a few more changes since the show and expect high 8s this year. The reason my car was missing was I was pulling a bunch of timing the first two races I had a switch in the car to put timing back in but second was gone and it wasn't gonna help everything was going exactly how i planned untill I lost second then I needed the bottle because I have a very low first and 3 is 1to1 it just won't go in third at that low rpm but it did with Juice to give you an idea how fast that was I had a tune in the car to run about 10.7 for the first two the last race was a low ten or high nine in the low 140s. The only reason i wasn't freaking out is I had a great crew and my job was to drive i didn't have to touch the car if i would have had to work on it I would have been a complete wreck. The final numbers on the civic 658whp a legit low ten high nine car with a driver the car weighed in at 2100#s."

this ****in HOnda guy is a disgrace to all civic's ...first of all why didnt he race wit slicks to begin with? 2. why is he granny shifting ? 3. him askin car length is a bitch move...overall i'm glad he lost his import car maybe now he can get his act together that fat **** !

Rep Power: 0 I think that alot of these are shop's cars that can afford to lose them. It's also much less expensive to build domestics for drag racing. Lots of high HP supras and skylines are dyno queens. They aren't drag raced because they would break everything from the engine back. There's a guy online (exvitermini.com) that was running 8s with an AWD skyline that was on slicks, had over 1300 HP and was a race car (sequential manual, parachute, no interior). Lingenfelter makes corvettes that run 8s with 1000HP and that can (and are ) driven to the track and back. I seriously doubt that Titan is going to gamble losing one of their bread and butter circuit cars ON TV to a backyard Fox body mustang with a 500HP NX shot. It would kill their business and their racing season. 1000HP supras really aren't that common nor easy to make, go to t04r.com and look at all of the mods that the high HP cars that ARE DRIVEN have. It's extensive and expen$ive. Also, seeing AEM's car whoop up on a terminator Cobra from a 100mph roll on the freeway (when still has to brake-boost to get it to spool) is MUCH different than running a built, solid axle terminator from a dig. The AEM car would break, stall, or lose.

idk were u live but in chicago there are some nice shop here that would go on pinks and gave it there all.. ams would have gone on with there red evo or how about rt racing would have knocked the dust of there supra that runs low 9s....it all comes down to that kid suckes and he was forced into a bad race. if u watch the show rich pushes u into dumb **** if things are not worked out quick...also there are some shop that would go onto that show. because if u win. basicly u are showing off ur shop and what u can do for free.
one mor thing did u see the Efantis bros on the domestic time why in the hell went the racing they could have done something threy are supposed to be all import but they are on the t/a s team.
