it's not the majority of our faults though. We wouldn't have these police training videos if idiots would keep themeselves on the track. That's what tracks are here for...
a small handful of people make a overblown deal out of things...it sucks.

Just proves cali has the dumbest cops. Ever I since got my civic, i started hating cops more and more. When i realized how civic owners get profiled, especially if you car is fixed up at all.
it's freekin racist, cuz if cops pulled over guys with fixed up 69 stangs, they wouldn't give them tickets for modification. cops are bs. all you need to have on an import is a drop and sorta dark tints and an aftermarket exhaust, and they'll pull you over. my friend wasn't breaking any laws what so ever, and he got pulled over for having a greddy evo2.

I love missouri, we can do whatever we want to our cars as long as it passes emissions, which isn't that strict. Only downside is that I live in STL county and if I go into the city, I can get a ticket for having subs in my car, or having more than 8 speakers in my car.....but can do what I want to the engine.
I agree with that cause I got pulled over twice so far with my civic(wheels, tint, exhaust), and I behave more in my civic. Yet I can speed by cops in my old car(85 Cutlass) and cops just wave.
Cops have given me so much more **** since I got my vic, and I fvcking hate it....damn profilers.

where i'm from, they dont do any of that unless ur racing. I was pull over once with my brother in his s/c z28 for racing a bike, and the cop gave him a warning on his exhaust....not for racing lol....
btw cali sucks, at least the cops and laws do.

Nah they do it to generate revenue. They like to pull over young people and cars young people tend to drive because they know most young people are too dumb or too lazy to fight it in court.
Basically its free money for the state. If it was really for safety then the chp would pull over the SUV driver going 90mph in a 65mph and not the civic driver going 70 in a 65mph and inspect his car to try to give fix it tickets too.

I don't think there is anything wrong with that video
Carb approved parts are readily available.
And yeah its probably to increase revenue cause I doubt doing this will stop any street racing.
You can keep a car CARB legal and make it faster.
