He he. no, not really[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG] as many of you know, my car is wrecked. right now i'm driving a loaner. Because of some quirk in the system, my car is listed as an accord instead of a civic. what that means is that my agency has autorized me a pontiac grand am instead of a cavalier or escort. I'd hate to say it, but its got [pep. it is a v6 afterall. other than the fact that its pretty damn fast, its a total turd-box. i feel like a retard driving it. it just doesn't feel right. it feels like a pontiac. its only got 2000 miles on it to. man i can't wait to get my car back.

Hey rhyno have you ever seen the thrifty rent a car super nationals? Its where mcmullen argus and hot rod magazines get together and go rent a few neons and other rentals. And they buy the warranty for it! Then they install nos kits in such a way that there is little modification to the car except a hole in the intake and hooked up nitrous trigger to the horn! they were running 150 -175 shots of nos to the neons! they did this most of the day! then at the last run of the day this guy put neon in reverse and did donuts in reverse then when at top speed hittting the horn ! reverse and a 150 shot of nos! Crazy $hit! At the end of the day they took the cars back only running on like 2 or 3 cylinders! they just dumped octane bboster and injector cleaner in the gas tank and limped it back to thrifty! without nos bottle of course!Dakota

I got a 2000 SunFire when my car was in the shop. That interior seemed really hard and uncomfortable. The exterior isn't that bad. I only had that car for 2 days and the whole time I wanted my Civic back.

I got an Intrepid on my last outing. OK, so it's got a V6 with lot's of torque... but other than that, I couldn't wait to get my car back. Can you believe that a big car like this doesn't really have any more usable space than our little Civics?

I had one of those for a week. The best part about it was it had a CD otherwise the car was a piece. Everytime you took a corner, it sounded like it was going to fall apart. Secondly, it was so disgustingly dirty inside. I couldnt believe that they loaned out a car so nasty inside. I had to clean the windows myself to actaully see out of them it was that bad. Than on one other occassion I had a bitchin' Ford Contour. All I have to say about that one is [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-puke.gif[/IMG]

Grand Ams are quite nice. Got a friend with a Grand Am GT with the Ram Air V6... Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasst, even for an automatic.

When I had that lemon civic, Honda gave me like 2 escorts and then finnaly a grand am...

The grand am made me sick, but damn that 3400 can PULL.....
