I'd think the kart's wheels would just spin in place with that much power, no matter which gear it's in.

If 120ps=161 horsepower, the kart + driver weighs in at around 215 kg.

An F1 car weighs 580kg with the driver, I think and has an output of 900hp.

I'm pretty sure it'll never see redline and burn in every gear, at any time. The minuscule contact patches don't really help either.
