Mr. Know it All

Hey fellas i just got back from a recent" gathering of the imports" around my area and i was asking some of the guys about installing the TSI EXTREME T28BB kit. Few shop owners out there were telling me that it would cost from $500-$900 to install. One guy ask me what type of turbo it was I told him it was the T28BB he looked at me an said" there is no such thing as a T28BB. I started to look puzzled, because i could've sworn as many times as i've been on TURBOKITS.COM drolling over which kit i wanted but could'nt afford that they offered a T28BB then he said that it must be a T24BB . Now i'm not a MR. Know it All but dam has anyone ever heard of such a animal. I did'nt wana call him out cause thats not me. But someone please tell me i'm not crazy. And yes, not 2 mention names but the guy is a fellow 7THGEN MEMBER. I'm 90% sure i'm correct but my whole spill is this, alot of people, here including myself look 2 this site and it's members for guidance i think it's pretty F^ when people talk about subjects when they have no clue what they are talking about. CAN I GET A AMEN???

What motor are you refering to for your turbo... according to turbokits.com its a T25 for the d17
http://turbokits.com/01-05_civic_turbo_kits.html

and PS. the way to prove you are right is to get the facts and show them the proof so that they can learn instead of insult....

EDIT: On futher reading the page, there is a referance to a t28 dual BB ball bearing upgrade, so IDK

i'm talking about the d17 motor and turbokits.com does come with a t25 BUT it also has a t25bb ar t28bb uprgrade i know because i have the thing sitting under my fireplace. I agree about the whole not insulting thing but my point is just because people seem to think they've been a member of this website or any other website for hundreds of years does'nt make them a subject matter expert about everything, granite if you have some common sense and spend some time on this website you will learn quite a bit but does'nt give every TOM **** AND HARRY the right to act like a know it all moron when someone seems ask a question.
