Rep Power: 0 in manual first it will shift into 2nd due to a rev limiter, in manual second it will start in 1st and then shift into 2nd and stay there. Its there for "towing" and climbing hills and what not. The reason why it is there is to apply more holding power to the held member in your selected gear.
