Looks like a Hot Wheels toy. Even the house looks fake (Not staying it fake tho). What a waste of money with a nice looking car.

I think that sometimes looks good, but it has to be done right and with the right cars, unlike exhibit A.

[EDIT] Although now that I think of it, that may make a nice GTA ride...

Man, I like that car though... would slap some 12-15"" tires on it and be happy... and that's width, by the way.

About the worst thing like that which I have seen was a Chevelle SS (396 cid I believe) jacked up as high as most stock trucks. I mean really, why must people do that to classic muslce cars? I can totally understand putting 90 inch rims on a Galaxy 500 or something (if it's your thing) but PLEASE LEAVE MUSCLE CARS OUT OF IT!!!!

Found a Nova with some 12 inchers... now this is more like it, eh?
Still like the paint on the other one much more, though...

Nope, not a chop. I've seen several cars done like this in LA already. I'm not racist at all, but here it's pretty much a black thing.

It's a phase, just like lowriders and ricers. Whatever floats your boat.

When I worked at the car storage place in St. Louis, I saw some cars come in with some big wheels. Some looked good, like this well done suburban with 24s, and was lowered a lil so it fit, plus a HUGE box in the back.
Then you get the Buick Regal with 22s with cut fenders that make me cry(because I have an Olds Cutlass which is the same thing). A monte carlo came in too, 22s, stupid paint, cut tires and fenders, and a f'd up gear shift. That car was so F'd up I could drive it, I had to back up twice to make a corner in the parking garage cause the wheel would turn like 45 degrees then the tire would hit the fender.

Worst of all is these huge wheels kill the PS pump on the old cars because they were designed for 13s instead of 20+
