Heh, yep the hydrogen RX-8 has been under development for a while. There's speculation that the hydrogen equipment will be able to be retro fitted on current RX-8's but that's all speculation and I personally doubt it, but it would definitely be cool.

Yeah, I was under the impression that there were already several running test-mules.
Interesting, so their rotary has ANOTHER advantage over the old-school engine design.
