i have a aem/sri ...and i was wondering about the fuel hose that coming over it..it's touching and somewhat melted a little of the rubber on my intake .so i was like is this normal?? or a hazzard. i'm getting a cold air next month and will be installing myself this time.and i want to know ,can it or should it be run under somehow or is everyones like this?
I have that intake myself....and I think all the lines run behind the intake and over on-top of the
breather hose......take alook at my pics and see if that gives you an idea ??????? Worth a try right ?

If you have a Manual EX, then get the AEM CAI. They are very good intakes or you could
go with a Injen CAI...they sell those on www.ptuning.com for like
190 shipped.

Oh I just noticed that you said something like am I too good to look at your car...NO.
We have the same car except that mine's an Auto.....I was wondering because they
make certain intake for certain transmissions. Since you have a man. EX, you can pretty
much get whatever intake you want....since mine is an auto, i am more limited on what I can get....
it sucks and makes me wanna

i guess it doent really matter ,cause our cars dont get anything but sound and look out of them...speaking of sound the weapon r's sound so bad ***,but i like the way aem looks better
You could always get an AEM CAI and then get a Weapon R Filter and replace the K&N that comes with the
AEM.....I am going to replace the Injen filter with a K&N X-Stream Filter. And true, the intakes don't do all that much
but when you add a header and a cat-back exhaust, that's when you can really tell that you have all three.

well i have the whole package
and yes from stock it's a difference .thats a good idea about the filter but do u think the sound is a result of the filter than the actual intake?
