Rep Power: 0 you can find JL Audio subs on ebay for nearly half off, that's how i got my 10w4 for $130. JL's are nearly the best. as far as amps, i don't know much here. anyway, go with the JL Audio

MTX sucks, sorry
Pioneer make good quality but they don't hit too hard
Sony has good hit but the RMS value is lower making bass lines not last as long
