Cause I want to buy one!

No, seriously I just want to find out how much they cost, and how much individual parts of them cost. My friends and I were watching the Daytona 500 today and someone was like I wonder how much those cost. I and another guy were like, a lot! like half a million. And he was like, no way, the don't cost that much, maybe 150,000. And I was like, are you crazy, they cost so much more than that. And then I said the hood alone costs like 10,000, and another guy was like, no it doesn't, you are stupid, and I was like shutup, and so on and so on.

So I was just trying to find a website that has that kinda info on it. I looked but had no luck. So if anyone has any idea let me know.

yeah they run around 100 grand a piece, but remember how much these teams have in parts, and how many cars they have, and engine r&d. A team is damn expensive to run....
