Whoa!
Dude, you are really hookin' this thing up. Let us know what you have when it's finished.
I'm planning on a turbo myself and the biggest hurdle is the custom exhaust manifold IMO. Maybe the issues with the fuel system as well, but the RSX pump and in-line fuel pressure regulator should take care of that problem. Finding the right bends for the tubing will be somewhat hard to do as well, but it shouldn't be too bad. I'm planning an intercooler too, the Tsunami T2001 front bumper system allows for one if you cut out some of the bumper (will still look good). The pipes leading back in to the engine bay are another story. I'll have to get imaginative with those. Then there are things like tapping the oil pan for a lead going into the turbo, wiring up a turbo timer, or adding on an oil cooler or two. Then there's stuff like adding on oil pressure, oil temperature, boost, and air/fuel ratio guages. You can't forget the blow off valve, and the waste gate of course. Getting the right ones for your particular turbocharger is crucial as well.
Anyway... I'm DIYing all the way baby!
