Which C Class benz are we talking about?
If it's a new benz... get it. Baller status.... when someone asks you what kind of car you drive you can tell them Mercedes.

Niether, get an Audi!
LOL
I would not get the C class because it is a low model Benz, if you get a benz it sould at least be an E or S class. This coming from a guy that would never get anything below an E55, lol, used of course!
The tsx is nice, but what exactly are your needs and wants?

I just want something nice with a little more power than the Civic, which will hang around by the way. BTW it was C240 benz 6speed navigation ect...The tsx is hot, I don't know why I don't see to many of them.

To be honest with you, and you should already know that:
TSX has all what C-class has, and maybe better reliability and performance.
Benz alwas has the prestige Acura will not have in the next 5 years, you pay for the name and fame, if that is important for you. For me it is.
Of course on the street, you would get "wow~~" from the public because it is a BENZ and most people are ignorant about cars. But again, isn't this kind of ignorance also make us look down at the domestics?

dont get a C240 there sulgish compared to the c230's and c350
tsx wouldnt be too bad
c55's r nice but that kicks the price up
also the 240s wheels are ugly as hell compared to the 230s and 350 sport sedans

I say tsx if you wanna buy something to keep. C class if you want to lease.
IIRC, Audi and Volvo are amongst the more reliable European brands. That doesn't mean service comes cheaper, though ... it will still cost more for upkeep than an Acura or Lexus.

TSX is a little 'less' of everything
Mercedes will be in the garage EVERY day, though. MB cars have worse reliability than a KIA built by a blind man. dont ever buy one.

I'd say a Mercedes or a BMW.If you are going new the quality has changed this year for Mercedes. Here are some pics of sedans.

But if you can afford it get one of these.
