I've seen alot of these tabs on the front and sometimes rear bumbers of many different cars. But does anyone know what they are for?






I just used the Lambo for an example, and what a fine one it is.

i know on some caddys, etc on the rear bumper their for the old people who dont know how to back up. it sends a signal and makes a noise inside the car to alert you your to close to something.

you know thats funny how people always say stuff like that, like on the Mb forums one guy who was offrered an AMEX centurion (sp?) or the "black card" was asking if he would get free 1st class companion airline tickets. I mean if he's being offered that card why would he be worried about buying a second 1st class ticket

people with money worry more about extra charges or what not than people without money. like for example. i work at a bank. if a customer who has $300,000 in saveings and another $120,000 in checkings and has CD's and stuff with us comes in he dosen't expect to pay the $3.00 fee for a cashiers check and gets upset if he does because he does so much business with us. But a person with $150 in the bank expects to pay the fee and usually don't complain.

from my experience (at least on the BMWs and Mercs), those "tabs" are tow hook covers like others stated, and on the sides are jack-points to lift the car. the Euro cars tend to have jack-points on the side of the car rather than underneath like our Civics for example.

idk, just my 2 cents. take it or leave it...just what i've heard on my own.

I also would like to know what the two little black nozzle looking things are for that are aimed at the headlights on some upper level cars and trucks...thats not to melt frost and sleet is it?

On my lambo, i had to get into an epic battle resulting in my glorious victory over these gnomes, they are now living in certain area dubbed "reservations" while in the remainder of the space, i imbezzle Columbian women's eggs into the united states to be deep fried into mcdonald chicken mcnuggets.

oh and people thats not a sensor if you can buy a lambo you better know how to drive one.
its for a tow hook, they wouldnt use it to tow it far, probably just for towing at tracks or pulling out of ditches when daddy lets little jimmy drive one and he cant control it.
