I know Integras are kinda played out now but would you people still buy one? Would you mod it after you bought it? I don't know, I wouldn't mind having one cause you can get a GSR for relatively cheap now and they offer good performance, high modibility, and good fuel economy.

i would only buy one with the first mod of doing a JDM front end conversion, or buying one with the conversion already on. Basically only if it will have the JDM front end on it within the first few months.
buddy of mines has a champion white type-r with a jdm front end conversion. looks sweeet. i was gonna get a 99 gsr instead of the civic, but my dad kinda got me the civic instead. im not a real car enthusiast, so id probly just get rims and some nice suspension work...maybe 50-75 shot of nitrous.

they're great cars man like manjib said they never played out my boy has a 98 gsr and oh my god great power. and another friend of mine has a gsr swap in a 95 civic coupe ,ooooohhhhweeeeeeee
Played out? Whatever! I wouldn't care about that! Integras are simply masterpieces, great works of art... but as manahoonie and nooboob have said, I'd get the JDM front for it. I like it way too much over the round projectors we got here.
I hope I offend you... Get mad

Integra is one of the best cars Honda/Acura have ever made. I sold my 2nd gen and bought the 7th gen vic not knowing at the time that it was no where near as easily moddable. IMO The B-series is god as far as honda's go.
Yeah, I had a 98 GSR and it pulled strong with a nice VTEC range. I was going back to school and couldn't afford payments, so I put it up for sale. Drove it to my boys house one night, was too drunk to drive so I left it there overnight. Went to pick it up and it was GONE
. Thank God for USAA. They payed me more than I was selling it for. They found the car on a dirt power line trail (NO seats, ECU, VTEC head, plug wires, intake, stereo, and some other engine components). Just so happens the idiot who stole and stripped it, drove it to the DMV first and paid a reckless driving charge, and left the reciept in the Integra. When I went to check my car out, I found it and saw the name, and knew it wasnt there before. The detective called me back and told me that it was some young kid who had stolen multiple cars already. Jail time for the *******, and a nice chunk of insurance money for me.

Integras are great cars, well made, nice list of features, -great- engine, good build quality. The only reason I wouldn't buy one is because a lot of the time the people you see driving them are kids, usually the sorts of kids who seem to enjoy speeding and beating cars. Not to stereotype, but you're taking a calculated risk if you buy an Integra from anyone under the age of 30 (assuming they're the first owner).
i was contemplating whether to buy an integra or a civic. i found an awesome deal for a civic and bought that instead, so here i am. integras are good cars though, dad may be getting one soon.
Even the LS B18B1 motor puts 120 whp down stock.. when my 7th gen EX Needs a 75 shot to come to the same level. Pretty damn sad for the civic. Great gas mileage. Although gotta love the B series.!!!

there was a guy in town that had a silver one with black wheels and a carbon fiber hood. It was beautiful (slammed of course). Those long hoods just look so much sportier than the current snubnosed hondas. I'd buy a GSR and do some boltons, suspension, JDM front, and enjoy my beautiful car.

I'm beginning to like integras now. I didn't wanna get one at first though cause i never really realized all the great things about them. However integras are still small and rollin with as many people as i do i need a coupe with decent space. Thus civic wins there. As for performance and everything else besides MPG, yeah integras are cool. But to be honest i have never liked the way they look. Yeah the JDM front end conversion makes them look a WHOLE lot better but i'd still be hard pressed to take an integra over my civic. there is, and then there isn't enough reason to take the teg over the civic.
but if i did have one
1999 red integra ls, bolt ons, beat, slammed, chipped.

gotta love my gs-r i call her my lttle ****, cus i bang her when im feelin good and horny for sum speed. i have a 7thgen before and that thing is nowher near the galaxy of tegs. i would only pop in a jdm front end, and drop it on some tein upgraded with a nice edfc for quick adjustment and im done. i like stock she more of a beast that way.
