In this case, there is no reason why a buyer would pay more than MSRP, buyer usually pays less than MSRP.

Rep Power: 0 My friend works at the local Honda dealership.....he called the other day to see if I wanted to reserve one....theyre getting one and only one on Dec. 14, going right to the showroom floor. I forgot the color he said, it was close to Mag Metallic though. I doubt theyll let me test drive it, so eh....Im sure there will be a redesign on the civic again in the near future, ill just wait for the next one.
