No there is nothing wrong with being black, hispanic, white or whatever other race. Everyone is created equal and is given an equal amount of opportunities to screw life up or make life work well.
What I really hate is the language and mentality of this whole thing. Lets see... steal everything, lie, hate everyone else cause you think you are better, disrespect women, do drugs, drink alcohol. These people supposedly see murder every day, and get shot a ton of times. And english? Nope, its a whole other language. If I had my way I would have 50 cent shot like that damn rumor. NO and just like no1 wants to have kids hear songs about her sex life, but which one do you think sells?
just as with rap an all other genres, its all about sales. and not everyone who listens to it follows the culture and not everyone who follows the culture does to the same extent or mimics behaviors depicted in songs.
alot of rock focuses on drug use for personal harm moreso than enjoyment, is that acceptable? they also sometimes depict the feeling of slow suicide as an epiphany, is that ok? is it alright for "emo" kids to be 15 convincing themselves they have major depressment issues and severe psychological damaging just because thats whats in the cool songs? is it ok for these kids to do drugs and follow a culture of isolation and indifference?
