well if you are going to do it don't do it to fool other ppl, but other than that i say go for it, custom jobs always stand out and are appealing!

Woah, I was thinking the same thing NEO! Uh oh! No dude, I think that would be pretty tough shaping your bumper to fit the headlights, with the curves and all? I even think the rear would be quite the task also! It's a sweet idea though!

actually for the front I was thinking just buy an RSX body kit, and an RSX carbon fiber hood...the back I no will need to be molded but at least the front would be a perfect fit considering Id be using RSX pieces.

Yeah, I've been investigating this myself for a while too. I think getting a hood would work to accomodate the top of the headlights. But I'm not sure about the width of our bumper vs. the rsx bumper. Either way, measurements are gonna have to be made... Good luck

Like an OEM RSX kit? Can you do a photoshop of the rear Neo? I'd like to see how that'd look too. You have a good point about the front, that would be pretty easy providing everything lines up ok, now you have to worry about the rear!

no I mean an aftermarket RSX body kit front bumper wise. I have connections with ppl who do molding and bondo and $hit so the back wouldnt be a problem...plus custom fitting the RSX kit wouldn't be a prob either..just the money thats the problem

i don't know why, but i thought the rsx lights had the same shape along the bumper. i know they go out a little different at the top and all, but to me it looks like it would fit with our bumpers. anyways, i like the idea. i wanted to see about doing the same thing, but then i don't have nearly enough cash for that kind of customization.

Wouldn't it have been cheaper to just buy an RSX in the first place and then spend the money on performance mods, rather than make it look like another car????????

actually no. I can get both sets of lights for 300, and a body kit isn't that much. Just having a car at a show dosn't get you points - having a tricked out bad *** car gets you the points. A good idea for you 2 ponder n00b

and em - im too lazy! Maybe tommarow ill photoshop the back.

it would be easier to do a nissan altima head & tail light conversion.. plus you get HID.. *shrug* ..

heh, getting flamed by the people you flamed on the rsx engine swap.. hehe..

why bother tricking out a 7th gen civic coupe.. i've given up all hope.. body kit+ rims + nice stereo + seats is all i'm doing.. f*ck it..

getting a 350z or a rx-8 instead.. (oh yeah f*ck the new Si as well)

i always liked the Lexus GS headlight conversion. I think they would look good on our cars. For the rear, get some altezzas and do the extra brake lights in the trunk lid. On second thought don't do that...i wanna do it!

Go for it, Neo... (the headlights conversion.) The RSX looks so much like a Civic, if you were driving behind me and I saw you in my rearview, I'd be like, "! A HONDA INTEGRA 2002!" Take a closer look... "Nah, that's just Mario with his Civic RSX converted pimp sh't." (I'd have to see the car in person before I make that statement, though!)

I was thinking of that just today, but I don't really like the RSX headlamps anyway.

I myself was wondering about doing the taillamps on the sedan like an IS300. Hrmm.... Or even Skyline or Impala like, the lights on both sides and not just the trunk side lights.
