hyper whites for oem foglights?

do these exist, like perfect fit for the civic foglights that is, my foglight bulb broke, so i might as well switch em out for hyper whites, where can i get ones that fit like this?

Aren't those H11?? I believe eurolite and Piaa and maybe a few others make those, good luck
