Was browsing ebay and some guy had this pic up for his car an 01 civic LX. Wanted to know, is this a vics engine,???

it is deffenetly a gm motor due to the delphi alt. and vortec on the air box, and it appears to be a 4.3 vortec 6 cyl. cant be a 5.3 cause the valve covers have the ridges on them. and it sits to low to be a 5.7. but it is in a gm pickup.

Yeah, it's got to be the 4.3 V-6. The 5.7 or even the 5.0 both have the oil fill cap right at the valve cover, this one has the extended fill neck.

LMAO...Peaches, you're nowhere near accurate; this is at least '98 or up....that plastic cover with "Vortech" on it wasn't around that early.... washer fluid resvoir didn't have the 'goose neck' design, delco batt is very recent.....
