Friend's accidented RSX... Damn.
Accidents suck.
One of my close friends owns a 2003 Nighthawk Black RSX.
There was water on the road. He slid and hit the wall.
Short story... don't have much details, sorry.

Rep Power: 334 Naw man. He doesn't use it as a race car. He has it for show.
He likes the cars physics a lot and didn't want to get involved in an accident, as was my ex-best friend. He had the same car, about two weeks older than this one.
He crashed against a pole, flipping a few times and landing head first into the other side of the road. Luckily the oncoming cars saw him flying and stopped early, preventing further injuries/damage.
If I had pics of that one, I'd post them... The car ended up like total crap.
Imagine an RSX crushed by a monster truck, then flipped over. Sorta like that.

It's just that the Department of Transportation and Public Works doesn't.
The road was all effed up.
Just visited him. Car got really fushed up...
But seeing all damage done, how the body panels reacted and seeing he was 99% perfect...
At least I know my sister is safe inside her RSX (yes, even my sister has one,
).

Rep Power: 319 ouch indeed...there was this one guy with a brand spankin new rsx-s 2005 model and it still had paper plates on it and the engine wasnt even broken in...than on the 170- I5 freeway in socal he started to race us thinking he could smoke us he jammed it and sped off about 4 car lengths in from of my civic..than out of nowhere he hits his brakes like crazy and i hear a loud hissing sound as i pulled next to him and he blew something cuz i smelled burning oil and a bunch of other funky ***** comming from his car so we slowed down and was cruising at 50 next to him on the I-5 and we just pointed and laughed cuz there was smoke comming from his brand new car haha

I have a keen eye all the time watching the cops, right.
I tend to notice a cop and then start "racing" with another beeotch.
When the cop notices something strange, I hit the brakes, go down to legal speed.
The other one gets caught.
Heh... I've done that about 6 times now.
Poor bastards... getting fined cuz of my fault.

You've GOT to teach us how to do that
If that ever happened to my RSX, I'd be pretty upset... Well not really cause I'd just cop a TSX next... Its good to know how safe the RSX's are though. I've seen some bad accidents involving RSX's and most people come away with bruises and scrapes...

Every time you see an RSX on the back of a tow truck, a 7th gen owner rejoices.
Good thing your friends okay, accidents happen all the time. Looks like the car took the impact well, insurance covers the rest, thats what its there for. Cars are just big peices of metal at the end of the day, your health is priceless.
