yea id say way to much mileage... youd be lucky to get another 83 out of that engine, without alot of maintenace costs. The major services are comming up that cost like 1500 bux and then another thats like 800 at 120 and so on. Id get it if was like 12-14gs
If youre gonna get that gen tl get the 6 speed if you can find it.
My parents have a 2002 type s auto and ya the tranny had to be replaced at like 30k, and they drive like little old ladies.

my parents had a 02 tl S, i loved it, the tranny was great till about 47k when i totalled it, flipped it over, all i got was 7 stiches, i walked away from it...
