Seems that way to me, but who the hell am I to say? I thought I remember reading recently how he was living in an apartment and selling his car (and all the very expensive upgrades) to get a BMW. Now its a Bentley? Personally, I would rather drive a Civic and spend the $137k, or whatever the bid was, on a house. To each their own though. Good luck to him if that's what he wants.

Riley's family had money before the stock market crashed in 01. After that, he started selling rims and made some freaking bank. That car is much more than he was talking about spending, but the kid did have some money...
notice that the reserve hasn't been met, he could've easily posted a bid at 140k, when the car is worth around 200k (don't know how much it is ACTUALLY worth, just setting an example), and the seller has no intention of selling it that low. it'd be another thing if he actually wins the auction, but anyone can put a bid on an expensive car and it not mean anything.
