heres the question at hand. What exactly are you going to be using this car for and what do you want out of it? Do you just need a nice car to get you from point a to point b? do you want to modify it to be fast? what? For 19K you can make a Hybrid that runs 11s easy. Or you could get a fully loaded Kia and run 18s. it really depends on what u want/need. Details plz, and i can help you.

for under 20K your not going to be able to afford anything thats "fast", if your only going to buy new. Might i suggest a used tirbo DSM? the 00+ eclipses suck *** now.
