I was watching the teh speed channel and they did a little special on the new bmw 3 series. The high end model has a new 255hp engine, which is good, because I have always considered the 3 series way underpowered. You guys should check it out.

Yup. They've modified the engines so they're both more powerful. Lexus is coming out with an even stronger engine on their IS, the 3-series fighter. A 300hp V8, with SAE adjustments though, its probably a tick under 295...

Never really been a fan of lexus, except for their SUV, its sick. I just do not like toyota, but of course I love supras, just all of their other cars.

The Is 350 has a 300 hp v6. If they do decide to put a v8 in there it should have at least 400 horses.

the new 3 series is fast. I like it. But still the G and new IS have more power. Nevertheless, the 3 series is stiil a great car and fun to drive.
