Mine came with red as well.......I pulled the red decal off and replaced it with one I got off of ebay, put blue painted wire loom over the hoses, and wrapped the pipe connectors with blue electric tape.
As far as the DC Header goes, I would LOVE to have a DC Header, but this is an HX!!!! I hope to add a header, but I'll have to put a decent amount thought into it since it will not be a bolt-on mod (welding, cutting, etc. will be required).

Infinity Basslinks......I got one when I first got the car, and then received one recently as a gift. I was going to sell it, but then thought, what the heck, let's run em both!!
Yup, I have an HX. When I first bought the car, I didn't think I'd be getting involved in this hobby (I barely knew it existed!). If I knew then what I know now, I would have bumped over to the EX (which would have made adding a header much more simple), but at the time I wasn't planning on doing any modifications, and I didn't really care if I had a sunroof, a rear cup holder, tweeter pods, etc.
