another Gsr to add to the list of thefts...UPDATE! NEW GSR IN *PICS*on page 2 well my friend had a 98 GSR in white hooked it up to the FULLEST and bastards stole it....so he bought a MINT 99gsr black SO NICE perfect leathers perfect swirlies(rims) only 40k on it....put a apex exhaust aem intake comptec sway bars ...Hids... navigation ....short shifter and others.......well he took MANY precautions to protect his baby...reinforced auto lock....took out dummy....took ecu out..... and the boot.....well he went to cancun and his brother for got to lock it one night......boom gone......so we got a call the other day found....we knew what happened they found it in Newark Former or still car theft capital of the world....im not sure if it still is...well anyway we went to the impound...and wow pretty bad but not as bad as the white one they left the bumpers and lights well lemme just show you what happened...and leave your comments...oh and sorry for the quality of the pictures they wouldent allow cameras so i used my phone...
engine bay .....
car high up
exhaust GONE
broken sign
navigation cable and center area.....he had type r vents that he was about to put in to luckly he didnt and he didnt put the lips on ether....

steelie replaced the swirlies...high up because no engine

dented and keyed the side....
well i cant say that this was a total loss...because with the money from insurance he was able to buy this BEAUTY....out with the old and in with the new!!!

This is why I took the VTEC plate off mine and made sure there where no markings of the GSR left visible on the outside of my car. Not until you lift the hood do you know it has VTEC.
