Ok so I have a 2005 Civic EX SE with less then 7000 miles on it. The stock tires have less then 400 miles on it cus I put rimms on. Whats does anyone think the dealership would do if I returned the car back to stock. And tried to trade up for an 06 Civic SI or an EX.

Cus thats what I wanna do but I think they will try to **** me. Not that I dont love my car its just come on an 06 SI I have to have one. I should have waited but what the hell.

hey man its your choice with what you want to do with your money, but for me I wanted a WRX but with gas price soaring it finally hit me and now I stick with the vic a little longer. Remember gas price sure will go up instead of down

You'll def. get screwed since the equity on your car is still negative... Did you recently purchase the vehicle? If I was in your position, I'd hold off on trading the car in until the second year of the Si comes out... Im sure it'll have some bugs... Good luck though!

if u paid like 16k for that car u will get like 13k for a trade in for the SI. Then u would have to pay tax, title, and liscense on top of the extra 6k u would have to cough over.

Yea the SI would b sweet but its a retarded financial decision. ur losing like 3-4grand at least. its ur $ though... I wanna do the same thing but I dont wanna spend the $. SO I'll keep the vic for at leas a few more years..

Never buy a car the first year is comes out. The 01 civics have an *** load of problems cuz that's what happens the first year. It needs to be refined....

Well i just got off the phone with Honda, my brother is the sales manager, he said he ordered the new civic Si's but couldn't get 2 door yet. The 4 doors will be available in 2 weeks. And the coupes will be in October. I'm thinking about trading in my 02 for one.
