Damn, it didn't look like that when someone on this site took a picture of it..... 
My initial thoughts to the new tail light was positive, but I didn't know they'll have two circles. Thought they'd be plain red ones.

the only similar part of the JDM civic from our civic is the interior, which they used the SI interior. unlike the 7th gen, 8th gen exterior front and rear end are different between USDM and JDM civic. JDM rear end looks like the 7th gen but chunkier. i like our tails way better!!!!!!!

Rep Power: 289 i found more differences in the JDM vs the USDM, the moonroof controls on the jdm are next to the driver not on the ceiling like the US, theres also other controls next to the moonroof control in the JDM version of the civic, i dont know what they are, maybe tc or stability control? i know on the coupe the mirror controls are next to the steering wheel below the air vents. the sedan has its mirror controls on the door infront of the window controls.

i was simplying stating in my post earilier in the thread that the lights are the main exterior difference between jdm and usdm. thats why when ppl get the jdm look, they get teh clear corners, side markers and jdm rear tails
if you want to talk about totally different headlights, look at the last gen of the integra hahaha.
