Put Rice Citations to Use My brother, our friend and me were bored and decided to be rice cops, we printed out the rice citation, and went to office max to make some color copies. After that we went on patrol, and found some law breakers of the rice laws
First car is of couse a LX, but the owner was in the car so we couldnt issue a citation, here is a pic
Second 91 CRX that was forsale at our local Hollywood Video, u can see the spraypaint paintjob covering what seems to be either duct tape or a shitty fiberglass job
Front bumper falling off, need some wire
The Outrageous wing and chrome windshield wipers
Hood pins for not CF Hood, and bumper looks like its gonna fall off any second now
Everyone loves the yellow paint sprayed all over your car

Next law breaker is a White Toyota Tercel
He thinks dual exhaust will make him faster
Why, Why OH why, very poor attempt to clear out his taillights
Missing a mirror, must of been mad he's a ricer
Spray painted blue interior, has no significance with any color of the car

Rep Power: 265 Officer Rosario and me were obviously on break when we posted this post, well soon after we were back on duty, bringing justice to the import scene, we caught this mistake in a parking lot in Home Depot, some domestic rice for you to all enjoy

He needs that wing cause that blazer needs all the downforce it needs
Better picture of the wing, and obviously an escape hatch in the rear window
Stupid ricer window trim and windshield trim, think he was trying to go stealth
This was the biggest catch of the day, Officer Rosario and me were very excited about catching this ricer, and issuing him not one, but two ricer citations, this car was seen by us about 1/4 of a mile away, its a shame what this deranged man did to his honda
Obviosuly this outrageous wing, body kit, and he is kinda confused by the type of car he has

Extensive use of stickers, the sparco sticker gave him extra ponies
Speechless, Ricer Police Civic in the background controlling traffic, while Office Rosario issues the citation
one word WTF ?
The citation for this poor honda, and its ricer owner

Use adobe and make a custom size to print in a page. I have 5 or so in one size on one page. And would you guess I can not find any body to give them too. I am gonna have to go out in the cover of darkness.
