Anyone on this board work at discount tire? If so please let me know how they go about hiring.

My school told me 2 different discount tires in my area are hiring and I am going to go there today or tomorrow and would just like a heads up on how they go about hiring. If they hire right on the spot or if they do background, driving record checks before the hire.
