That spoiler isn't too bad. Aluminum ones are worse. I think he should lose the altezzas, but the car isn't that bad. YOu guys have seen worse.

I've seen that bumper mod at shows before.
You cut out a hole the size of the metal(silver) part and then install the metal cover.
Then you install a neon or some kind of lighting behind the metal plate and you can see the light through the circular holes.
I don't think it belongs on that car, but I've seen some pretty nice cars w/ that mod.
