People take forums way to serious....Life is too short to get bitter over such nonsense. Why cant we all just get a long. If you dont want to be here than just leave....no one will miss you. You will be replaced when the next new person signs on looking to learn about there 7th gen civic.

I know that it's annoying helping people out who don't feel like searching or don't even come back to the site once they post a question. The thing is, you get help here from others as well. More and more newbies keep coming to this site. Why? It's the best source. They come to learn about their new 7th gen Civic. You're not obligated to deal with them just cuz they didn't know one thing, but if it wasn't for the forums, the thing for the 2k1/RSX engine swap wouldn't have been much without your help. But coming back to you, without the forums, you wouldn't even have known that the guy doing it was actually from the 7thgencivic.com forums. That wasn't big enough? But, in the end, some of us find it worth it, some of us decide to leave. You got people like me, who seem to be posting more and more, and then you have others who have been members for a loooong time, that hardly ever post. It's all good.

Rep Power: 0 You know, I would have considered myself a complete newbie about a month ago. Now I have enough knowledge to help the people who are where I was. There are all levels of people here. There's the guys who build 9 second drag racers and have been doing for the last 20 years.. There's the new guy who saw Fast and the Furious and wants a car like that. There's also all of the people in the middle of this. There's the ones who have been here a while and have learned a lot. Well, maybe not as much as you, neo.. but enough to feel good about helping newbies out. The first time I was able to really answer someone else's question, it really did feel good. You may be beyond that. That doesn't mean you have to sit there and answer every little question that you see. Talk about bigger and better things for all I care. You just have to realize that there are going to be a lot of people joining the site every day. They are all newbies. It's not like they pick one day out of the year to sell Civics and tell each one of them about 7thgencivic.com and hand them a manual about modding cars. Not everyone can be at the same level. If you want to leave because of something you'll see anywhere else you go, than fine. You'll be back when you realize this is the best place to find people like yourself talking about the things that help or interest you. I for one plan to stay for a while and help whenever I can. I may only have a new muffler, cleared headlights, and a nice sound system, but that will still help a lot of other people looking for information.
