The motor is a gsr or either jdm gsr if there is no 1 at the end of b18c. But the manifold is from a gsr so it gives it away. The only thing that throws me off is the none painted lip kit I thought GSR's were color matched to paint color.

Uh, that car redlines BEFORE 7000rpm. that is NOT a GSR. it looks like a 92-93 GS (B18B1), which redlines at 6800rpm. The 94+ LS/RS/GS also had a 6800rpm redline. GSR it is NOT.
Also that car looks turbo'd.
So why do you ask?

what gen GS-R was it? the '92-'93 GS-Rs didn't have a "DOHC VTEC" badge, they had a "GS-R" badge.
the pics that are up now are definately not of a real GS-R. there are a few ways to tell that also.
